We are seasoned professionals in business, educational leadership and non-profit management. We also have a network of service providers who understand the needs of our clients - accountants, architects, attorneys, auditors, bankers, curriculum specialists, food service managers, information technologists, professional development and leadership trainers, real estate developers, tradesmen, etc. We are a partner who can assist you in building, growing and maintaining your educational institution or organization while reducing managerial and operational 'headaches'.
What We Do
We own, develop, and lease property. We also provide systems and process support so our partners are able to operate smoothly, mitigate growing pains and execute efficiently and effectively. This allows our partners to focus on their main objectives instead of spending unnecessary time on peripheral issues which take resources away from primary missions.
Project Snapshot
In the last 12 months SFS Development has purchased a banquet hall and restaurant and repurposed it as an 18,000 sq. ft. 6th Grade Center serving 200 students, remodeled a 23,000 sq. ft. National Guard Armory which is now an Early Childhood Center serving 220 students, and worked with a 3rd party to install six temporary units in one of our existing parking lots which now serves as a new public charter elementary school serving 250 students. In addition to real property, SFS Development has assisted a multi-site charter school in developing a site-specific cash flow budget, and we have worked jointly with a technology company and high school to develop a 4th-year college ready math program using a blended learning model.
